I am currently a strategic advisor at Polygon Labs, the leading ethereum scalability solution, assisting the institutional and Defi teams frequently as well as Growth, DevRel and marketing occasionally. The last five years of my career have been devoted to building bridges between financial institutions and the crypto/internet of value ecosystem. This includes launching Aave Arc, the first permissioned Defi protocol for Institutions, building banking and payments rails for Binance and Paxful, advising crypto startups, driving the buildout of the fintech practice for ConsenSys and building the UK Blockchain Business for PwC. Clients I have served include We.Trade, Komgo, Nasdaq, Deutsche Bourse, MUFG and BBVA. I am also the crypto co host of Breaking Banks Fintech podcast and a columnist for Coindesk in addition to being an active angel investor in over 40 high quality web3 startups.
